Return & Replacement Policies

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product:

  • Arrives damaged, or
  • Is defective, leaking,
  • or incorrectly packed

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at service@ark-collectives.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  3. Mention your Order ID and issue

We’ll review your request and initiate a refund or replacement within 3–5 working days, if approved.
