Return & Replacement Policies
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product:
- Arrives damaged, or
- Is defective, leaking,
- or incorrectly packed
To request a return or replacement:
- Email us at service@ark-collectives.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- Mention your Order ID and issue
We’ll review your request and initiate a refund or replacement within 3–5 working days, if approved.

Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch. For urgent cancellations before shipping, contact us at the earliest
